We work together to support our clients by providing a professional, timely and informative service. And this was strongly confirmed in an email from a client, who shared her thoughts, saying:

No-matter who I have spoken to, I have always received curtesy, humour and some excellent advice; which is always coupled with a fast and efficient service. Wow! Needless to say as Seofon directors, Caroline and I were thrilled. It was amazing to receive; and it really sums up everything that everyone at Seofon works so hard to achieve. So now I am going to introduce you to our talented and amazing team!
Starting with Vicky, she has been part of our team for five years. Often a first point of contact, she integrates new clients into our processes and systems, discusses their needs and ensures that we deliver! She sees that all necessities, ranging from basic bookkeeping through to regular reporting requirements, are specifically formatted to suit each business or private client need.
Vicky is a whiz at ensuring the unique processing factors for each company are met; and that we have a full understanding and knowledge of a client’s business needs. She trains clients how to use their systems more effectively, and how to read and understand the reports they produce. And always on the go, Vicky volunteers at a local autism charity and excels at drawing, water colour painting and crafts.
A keen gardener who enjoys floristry, jewellery making, ballet classes and watching live music; you would not immediately suspect that Lucy’s specialty is international businesses! Working on clients with business interests across the globe and dealing with multiple currencies, she ensures that every reporting intricacy is covered.
In addition, Lucy regularly works on many ad-hoc requests; whether it is simply reviewing what clients have done themselves, the completion of business accounts to get ready for a sale as a client retires or the building of a spreadsheet to help a client manage contract work and client reporting.
Claire is our longest serving member of staff, providing support for many of our established clients. Brilliant at delivering a very effective credit control service, she also overseas our ‘new client’ internal procedures.
We must comply with all regulatory requirements regarding the Anti-Money Laundering ID checks, and she certifies all pre-work ID compliance responsibilities.
Many of our staff develop their skills and experience during their time with us and Mari started as the person who got the data ready for processing. Often a laborious task, she is meticulous in ensuring that receipts are correctly added to the appropriate package for processing.
Recognising her business strengths – (out of the office she is a keen musician and loves live music) – she now works with a number of specific clients to ensure their reporting deadlines are met. With bespoke reports created to enable some clients to keep a tight watch on their cash flow; figures are prepared and presented along with our own business performance observations.
Finally, Lindsay is our newest member of staff and she is also an experienced Travel Counsellor with a great source of information for those travelling in the UK and around the world.
Swift to find her feet at Seofon, she has quickly grasped the procedures and processes we have for some of our more complex clients. Lindsay’s strength is her efficiency and organisation as she diligently maintains clients’ business records to make certain we keep everything up to date.
