Celebrating the Platinum Jubilee, Afternoon Tea – 10th June 2pm to 5pm

Sussex Chamber are inviting all members to join in and celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with an afternoon tea at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Wakehurst Place.

Her Majesty The Queen, is the Patron to the British Chambers of Commerce. The Accredited Chamber network throughout the UK will be holding their own celebrations across the country. This is a great opportunity for communities and people throughout Sussex to come together and celebrate this historic milestone.

To create a lasting reminder of this special event, we will be planting an oak tree. A unique tree planting initiative created to mark The Platinum Jubilee in 2022. By planting sustainably, we are creating a legacy in honour of The Platinum Jubilee, which will benefit future generations. 

A wonderful opportunity for our members to network and enjoy an afternoon tea which includes finger sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, jam, homemade cake as well as tea and coffee.

Royal Botanic Gardens in Wakehurst is changing over the coming years and growing their ability to deliver positive impact on the communities around them. An update will be provided at our unique networking celebration.
