Chichester to Welcome New M&S Foodhall this Autumn

Marks and Spencer (M&S) has announced it will open a new Foodhall in Chichester on Wednesday 14^th September.

Set to be located on Portfield Retail Park and opening at 10am, the Foodhall will offer 4,000 food and drink products, as well as presenting a relaxing café for customers to enjoy. From healthy cooking inspiration and freshly prepared meals, to delectable desserts and show-stopping party selections, the new store will have something for every occasion to suit people with all kinds of foodie desires.

Store Manager, Paul Gregory, who has worked with M&S for over 28 years, will run Chichester’s M&S Foodhall. Paul commented on the development: “The countdown until we open our doors is really on and we can’t wait to share our new Foodhall with shoppers on 14^th September. To welcome the new season, the store will be stocked with autumnal treats including favourites from our Gastropub meals and speciality Taste ranges.”

M&S’s Taste ranges showcase global cuisine favourites, and with this season in mind, introduces Taste of Asia with a range of products including Taste Japan Roast Duck Daman, Taste Korea Chilli Chicken Rice and Taste Singapore Chargrilled Chicken and King Prawn Laksa, amongst many others.

Paul concluded: “Whether you’ll be visiting the new store for a weekly shop or a weekend treat, the Foodhall will offer the very vest of M&S food. Our fantastic Delicatessen will be the perfect spot to pick up cold meats, fresh pasta and cheese – ideal for family get-togethers or late summer picnics. The café will also be a great retreat after a shopping trip. The existing Chichester stores have a fantastic customer base and we’re looking forward to giving residents even more choice.”

M&S Foodhall Chichester will be located at Unit 3A, Portfield Retail Park, Portfield Way, Chichester, PO19 7YH and will be open from 8am until 8pm on Monday to Saturday, and 11am until 5pm on Sundays.
