County Business Clubs Sussex hosts successful Christmas fundraiser to end 2023

More than £3,000 was raised for Sussex children’s charity on the night.

What an incredible night! With over 100 businesses in attendance, it really was a case of partying the night away. Of course, there was also plenty of sharing stories, building meaningful connections and all while raising funds for the incredible Rockinghorse Children’s Charity .

The night started with a private flight and a glass of fizz, followed by festive nibbles and an incredible performance from the legend that is Omar Lye-Fook

Club spokesman and Director Sam Thomas said: “A huge thanks to our sponsors Rivervale, Madison Web Solutions, Preston Insurance Brokers, the Big Business Breakfast Club – BBBC, and our event partners, Martin Leppard H2 Productions Ltd.

“Thanks to all of you for your support and generosity. We raised over £3,000. Special shout out to Steve Rackley and Tom Webster for their incredible generosity with the auction and additional donations on top of the raffle.”

Sam added: “We are so grateful to everyone who came and supported the event, and couldn’t have asked for a better turnout.

“We also revealed the new CBC Sussex 100 brand. Many thanks to Bill Wallsgrove, Brandad UK himself!

“Here’s to 2024. The team is looking forward to working with many of you again and some for the first time.”
