Burgeoning Sussex business Ultimate Warrior Training (UWT) takes its Haywards Heath classes back to the great outdoors this week as its signature bootcamp sessions return to Beech Hurst park for the summer season.

From Monday 3rd April, all Haywards Heath classes, which have been taking place in local schools over the winter months, will be held at Beech Hurst at the following times:

• Saturdays 9-10am
• Mondays 6-7pm and 7.15-8.15pm
• Wednesdays 6-7pm and 7.15-8.15pm
• Thursdays 6-7pm and 7.15-8.15pm

The sessions ensure that the enterprise, which recently opened a state of the art fitness centre in Victoria Road, Burgess Hill, retains the outdoor element which was central to its offering when it started operating in 2014.

Ben Klinkenbergh, UWT trainer, comments: “Lots of our members love to exercise outside in the summer months as a complement to indoor classes in the Burgess Hill centre. Since expanding into Haywards Heath this time last year, our classes have continued to grow in size and popularity and we can’t wait to get back to Beech Hurst and offer members even more choice about where and when to train.”

The bootcamp classes, both indoor and outdoor, consist of a variety of intensive cardio and strength training exercises, using top of the range equipment including battle ropes, kettle bells, slam balls and sandbags. The fitness centre in Burgess Hill also boasts a separate high intensity interval training (HIIT) room with power plates and spin bikes, and a personal training room.
