Local card payments provider, South Coast Payments, is expanding into new premises in Chichester after a period of growth which has also led to the business taking on additional staff

Owner Daniel Waller attributes the continued success of his business to the vibrant business community along the South Coast, stating: “When I started South Coast Payments, I wanted customer service to be my priority and that’s one of the reasons we stay local. There are so many businesses all along the South Coast that are growing, so many people working hard for success and they deserve world-class service and technology to support that. It’s also the reason we’re currently taking on more staff – we know that card payments make a significant positive impact on revenue and we want to make sure we’re available whenever our customers need us to facilitate that.”

South Coast Payments provide the technology for businesses to accept card payments, including contactless and mobile payments. The organisation has been helping businesses in the region upgrade their payment facilities. From pubs using contactless payments to help coping with a summer rush to retailers looking to expand into ecommerce, South Coast Payments believe the right solution can make a big difference.

“The best part of this job is speaking with all the customers and finding ways to help them. Whether it’s setting them up for the first time, cutting their costs or even just reducing the red tape around the process, I really get a buzz from that,” adds Daniel. “Our growth demonstrates that as a region, the South Coast continues to prosper. We succeed when our clients do, and we’re proud to be part of such a thriving business community.”

South Coast Payments moved into their new office in Terminus Road, Chichester this month. They have already added to the team with a new Account Manager and are continuing to recruit another three people in order to deal with the growing demand.
