Mums Enterprise Roadshow is Partnering with Google to Bring Free Digital Skills Training from the Digital Garage
8th February 2017As preparations ramp up for Brighton to welcome almost 1000 mums on a mission seeking flexible work and business solutions. The Mums Enterprise Roadshow announces its Digital Garage from Google Partnership.
A Google digital expert is to host two 40 minute workshops at the UK’s only free, child-friendly work and business exhibition dedicated to mums taking place at the Amex Stadium, Brighton on Thursday 23rd February. The workshops will focus on how to use the web to tell your story and reach new customers online
Alice Mansergh, Director of Google Marketing Solutions for UK and Ireland, said “Google’s products and free digital training are a growth engine for people and businesses up and down the country. So if you live in or around Brighton and you want to boost your career, or turbocharge your business, please join us at our Digital Garage and talk to our experts. We can help you connect to new customers, help boost your productivity or improve your employability no matter what field you work in.”
The Mums Enterprise Roadshow first launched in 2016, this will be the third event of its kind organised, single-handedly and with no external backing or funding by two mums who are on a social mission to help change the work and business lives of mums for the better, forever. They intend to do this through the organisation of regional but comprehensive and expertly organised exhibitions across the UK which help mums wanting to start-up, grow or those that simply just don’t know.
Commenting on the exciting new partnership is Lindsey Fish, Founding Director of Mums Enterprise Ltd: “You can imagine how excited we were to be adding two amazing workshops to our already awesome event agenda. Our event is all about helping mums take action and find the contacts, support and tools they need for a career or business that fits around family life. Digital skills are vital in order to do this and we felt our attendees would benefit greatly by having the opportunity to listen to training on important digital topics which the Digital Garage from Google provides, how could we refuse.”
The Digital Garage from Google joins an exciting line-up from event partners Xero and talentedladiesclub.com. And Over 30 exhibitors offering accredited training, flexible career, business and franchise opportunities, support and business services. With a line-up of 10 workshops and an inspirational Q&A panel the day is certainly set to fulfil the mission organisers Lindsey and Lucy set out to do.
