Right at Home Mid Sussex is recognised as a 5* Employer

Homecare provider Right at Home Mid Sussex is pleased to share that it has been awarded 5* Employer status.

The business was named a 5* Employer following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz. 89% of staff completed the anonymised survey, which saw:

• 100% of respondents say they would recommend Right at Home as a great place to work

• 100% of respondents say they are given enough time to deliver quality care to their clients

• 100% of respondents would recommend Right at Home’s care services to family or friends requiring care.

Right at Home supports Clients across Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and the surroundings villages. It offers a wide range of services to enable people to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their own home. Services include companionship, personal care and meal preparation, through to specialist dementia care and 24-hour live-in care.
