Brighton’s £120 million Edward Street Quarter development opened for viewings on Saturday 26 February, attracting a flurry of more than 100 interested buyers keen to book the first slots.

Based on Edward Street in the heart of Brighton, the development offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments – many with outside space and all with access to an impressive panoramic roof terrace.

New images reveal the first look inside the stylish two-bedroom show home, dressed by award-winning interior design practice, Honky.

Featuring a playful design, inspired by Brighton’s lively vibe and seaside location, the apartment is sprinkled with fun pops of colour and interesting furniture, expertly demonstrating the spacious layout.

The interiors also incorporate the work of several Brighton-based artists, including Pheobe Boddy, Marcelina Amelia, Polly Arnett and Faye Bridgwater.

Steve Eccles, Director at developer Socius, said: “We’re so excited to welcome potential buyers to get a true feel for the space available.

“It’s clear after the success of our opening weekend that there is a lot of interest in our new homes, with many apartments under offer, as more people look to take advantage of the exceptional space, new neighbourhood and enjoy life by the sea.

“As a result, we have limited availability for viewings over the next few weeks. So, if you think we may have the home for you, make sure to get in touch with our local selling agents, Oakley Property and Savills, to reserve a space while you can.”

Edward Street Quarter will also comprise 125,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, as well as 20,000 sq ft of leisure, retail and hospitality facilities. The development is being jointly developed by Socius, First Base and Patron Capital Partners.
