Sussex Businesses on the Map for Delivering Great Customer Service

With 100 local businesses and 1000 staff members benefiting from the mystery shopping, customer feedback and training services of Shopper Anonymous, the Sussex regional team has won a National Award

Giving first rate customer service is good for business and a range of companies across the county are actively trying to improve their performance.
