IT Document Solutions (ITDS) was proud to host The Future of Technology & Digital Transformation on Wednesday 29th October 2025 at Toshiba HQ, London, in partnership with industry leaders Toshiba and Vasion.
The event brought together over 40 business leaders for an afternoon of insight, innovation, and collaboration, exploring how sustainable technology, automation, and digital transformation can help organisations save time, costs, and resources while driving smarter, more efficient ways of working.
The afternoon began with a warm welcome from the ITDS team, followed by expert presentations from Toshiba showcasing their intelligent printing, barcode, and security app solutions. Attendees also gained valuable insights from Vasion, who demonstrated how digital workflows and cloud technology can unlock productivity across every level of an organisation.
CEO Jermaine Weeden shared IT Document Solutions’ vision for the future, marking the company’s 10th anniversary and reaffirming its commitment to supporting businesses on their journey towards a more connected, sustainable, and digitally empowered future.
“At IT Document Solutions, our goal is to empower businesses to work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. This event was all about showing what’s possible when innovation meets purpose,” said Jermaine Weeden.
The event concluded with a relaxed networking reception at The Hydrant, where guests enjoyed food, drinks, and an exciting prize draw featuring Liverpool match tickets, a champagne bottle signed by Mike Tindall, and a rugby ball signed by Dan Cole and Ben Youngs.
