Thomson Snell & Passmore advises Adelphi Group on the acquisition of key assets from Karmelle

Adelphi Group, a leading manufacturer and supplier of packing machinery and equipment, has completed the purchase of key business assets from Karmelle Liquid Filling & Capping Systems Ltd. Law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore advised Adelphi Group on the deal.

Headquartered in Haywards Heath, the family-owned Adelphi Group is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, award-winning UK manufacturer and supplier of packing machinery and equipment, with a global customer base. The Group has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions and today incorporates four independent but complementary divisions.

Karmelle creates custom liquid filling solutions, designing and manufacturing cutting-edge machinery tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

The acquisition will broaden Adelphi’s offering, delivering enhanced technical capabilities, a broader product portfolio and greater flexibility in meeting businesses’ liquid filling and packaging needs.
