Tom Woodward Joins Flude Property Consultants as a Junior Surveyor

Flude Property Consultants (FPC) are delighted to announce that Tom Woodward has joined their Brighton office as a Junior Surveyor.

Tom joins FPC on a year-long work placement before he finishes his final year of study at Loughborough University. Following his graduation, it is his intention to take an RICS accredited postgraduate degree with a view to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

His role at FPC will be to assist the Property Management department and to support FPC’s existing management team of surveyors; Roger Woudman, Beau Prince, Kim Barnard, Vanessa Williams and Alex Minchell. 

FPC director and head of Property Management, Roger Woudman, commented: “We are very excited to welcome Tom to the ever-growing Property Management department, where we will help to foster and develop his knowledge and involvement in the commercial property world”.

Tom Woodward commented: “I am delighted to be joining Flude and the Property Management team for my placement year, invaluably complementing my degree. I am eager to develop my understanding of commercial property and real estate whilst also gaining hands-on experience of a career in property.”
