Top tips on ‘wellbeing that works’ are to be offered by an expert before Brighton & Hove Business Show gets under way.

The timetable for the 2024 Brighton and Hove Business Show is taking shape – and kicks off with a networking breakfast.

Camille Pierson, founder of The Float Spa and a respected wellbeing coach, has been announced as the guest speaker.

The event is taking place on the day of the show, June 13, in HB’s restaurant at the Amex Stadium from 8am. Tickets will go on sale nearer the time.

‘Wellbeing That Works’ is the topic of Camille’s talk. Attendees can expect to learn quite a lot from this session, including:

• Find ways of recognising the importance of making changes for the long term health and happiness of yourself and your employees.

• Understand why things have gone wrong in the past

• Learn the system to change

• Understand human behaviour crafting

• Create a series of micro-practices with meaning

During the show, which opens at 10am, there will be opportunities to attend seminars and workshops. Already confirmed for 2024 are session hosts Gareth Dimelow, founder and storyteller-in-chief at Inside Stories, and Emma Pearce, founder of Pearce Marketing. The topic of Emma’s talk is ‘Learn to Love and Leverage LinkedIn’ while Gareth will get you thinking differently about the why, how, and what of your communications.

Gatwick Business Show

EV charging will be among the facilities on offer when Gatwick Business Show is staged next year.

Free parking and wifi will also be available for the duration of the event at The Felbridge Hotel and Spa.

Organiser Mike Monk said finding a venue with first-class facilities was important to attract exhibitors and visitors from a wide range of sectors.

“People in business need to be assured that they can access an event easily and never be ‘off grid’ for important communications,” he said. “This hotel ticks all the right boxes and, I am sure, it will add a touch of luxury to the day.”

The Crowne Plaza®-owned hotel sits in manicured gardens and boasts a state-of-the-art spa with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool.

The latest businesses to sign up to exhibit at the October 17 event include Fresh Display Limited, Delta Security Management and Plumpton Racecourse. The full list is updated daily and available to view online.

Mike, founder of the successful Brighton & Hove Business Show, is staging the event in partnership with Gatwick Diamond Business.

Open from 10am to 3pm, the show will be held in the hotel’s ballroom and Willow Suite.

While stand bookings are already being taken, visitor registrations will not open until nearer the date.

Free seminars and workshops will take place throughout the day and the timetable is currently being formulated.

Previous, similar events have received highly positive feedback.

Susan Beckingham, of Sussex Copywriting Services, said: “As an exhibitor, I was extremely impressed. A great day, and perfectly organised, too. Thanks for inviting Sussex Copywriting Services to have a stand. Well done, Mike. Definitely booking next year.”
