DMH Stallard Welcome ‘Exceptional’ New Partner
31st August 2016Mark Harden has joined DMH Stallard as a partner in the corporate team.
Mark, who specialises in corporate and commercial transactions (with a specific emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and project finance), joined from the London office of Thrings. DMH Stallard now employs 300 people including over 60 partners across offices in Brighton, London, Gatwick and Guildford.
Mark spent 10 years at the Marconi Company, including two years in taking on a commercial management role before qualifying as a solicitor. After leaving and gaining his law degree, Mark completed his legal training and spent seven years at the magic circle firm, Linklaters. He then spent four years at Ernst & Young’s associated law firm. Mark has now been a partner for 12 years.
Managing Partner of DMH Stallard, Richard Pollins said: “Mark is an exceptional individual. We’re all delighted that he has joined our London operation.” He continued: “His commercial experience and background in engineering makes him an obvious choice for advanced manufacturing and high tech companies, large and small, embarking upon corporate or commercial transactions.”
